• Masterleagues may not allow residents of certain Indian states to participate in the contests due to laws in those states. The paid version of the contest is currently unavailable to residents of the Indian states of Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Odisha, Sikkim, Nagaland, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana or due to their unclear or prohibitive laws regarding skill games that require payment.

Breach

The website may, in its sole and absolute discretion, restrict, suspend, or cancel the user's access to all or part of the website and its Facilities/Services, deactivate or delete the user's account and all associated information, delete any content posted by the user's on the website, and take any other technical or legal steps it deems necessary without providing the user's with any notice. Payment plans:

Users agree to the following terms by paying for a paid version of a contest or contests on Masterleagues:

• The predetermined platform fee for access to the Masterleagues services and the predetermined participant contribution to the pool are included in the payment that users make to participate in the contest (s).
• Before a user joins the contest, Masterleagues reserves the right to charge a platform fee, which will be specified and made public on the contest page of the Masterleagues platform. The platform fee, including any applicable taxes—will be deducted from the user's account balance and invoiced to the user by the website.
• If a client takes part in a challenge, they are expected to contribute a foreordained sum towards the challenge contest, which will be given to the winner(s) after the challenge is finished, as per the agreements of the challenge. • Any kind of error, defect, delay, or failure, including but not limited to problems with communications lines, Internet access, hardware, or software;
• Human intervention without authorization, such as hacking;
