Overview

In conjunction with our dependable banking and payment gateway partners, we at Masterleagues strive to offer our customers an easy and trouble-free refund procedure.

Please note, however, that all refund requests must satisfy the following requirements

1. A transaction cannot be cancelled once confirmed unless Masterleagues requests cancellation at its sole discretion.
2. The player must send a written request to cancel and receive a refund from the registered email address. The cancellation request must be submitted before the start of the relevant round for payments made for participation in paid contests. In its sole and absolute discretion, Masterleagues will issue a refund after deducting any applicable cancellation fees and taxes.

• Please be aware that the refund procedure will be governed by additional terms and conditions that may apply to the transaction.
• A user cannot be reimbursed an amount added to their account on Masterleagues once it has been added
• The same method or financial instrument used for the initial deposit will process all refunds, which may take up to two business days for internal review.Also, please remember that Masterleagues reserves the right to change these Payment & Refund terms and conditions without prior notice.

All refund transactions use the same payment method or the financial instrument used for the deposit. Refunds may take 5-7 business days to be processed by the internal review team.
